Vendor Policy For Bands, Artists and Groups Submiting Merchandise for Sale

For Bands, Artists and Groups submtting merchandise for sale on our site. If you are drop shipping for us we will need at least one physical sample (non returnable) for our inspection and future customer service for sales inquires. We will need current record of your sales orders to validate current Inventory. We reserve the right to terminate any drop ship request, sale or contract for any reason. For better service to your custmers we suggest using our in house shipping enviroment or a thrid party. At no time shall you present us to a product that has licensed, copywrited or trade marked; patterns,images, graphics, slogans, logos that does not belond specificaly to you (the selling vendor). We do not except any explict or subjective Art, slogans, copy, logs, graphics, etc.
In the above policy "We" is considered to be any entity of the following; Eccentric Musician Company
