Eccentric Musician Company Record Label, Promotions, Distribution Services   A new concept in Record Label and Promotional services! My intention is not to overstep what you already are doing successfully but to offer consultation for improving your methods and then compliment your career with the tools, services and staffing that you cannot do yourself. My record contract mission is to not actualy pre-pay in cash for what an artist's (front costs) immediate needs are and then zonk them with years of royalty cuts to pay off thousands of upfront costs. The Eccentric Musician Record Label aggreement is more of a balanced approach that is customized to the artist's needs and what they can offer in return in terms of contributing their talents to what the label's needs are. This in turn will help counter balance the financial debt the artist would be deemed to pay back in royalties as compared to most contracts that would typically take several years to term out. By utilizing our many talents together to serve each other our advantage is that we help eliminate the huge salary staff that major record companies pay for and then pass on to the artists. Granted in many cases we do require paid professionals to get the job done right, especially when our artist roster does not have the available talent at the time to serve the demand. As things progress, the artists will able to see online, in demand as to what their goal plan is, achievements, the budget, the costs, what their balance due is and a list of to do tasks that they can perform in order to counter that balance and reduce it.  Your personal A&R Rep in your area or myselfy, will help you through your career path, through routine consults. As I grow my business and assist you in yours I will always looking forward in creating new opportunities to extend our reach and increase your fanbase. As of this May of 2020, I am accepting submissions from local musicians, songwriters and bands for a label and promotions services agreement. I will also be scouting for such. My goal here is to identify an local emerging original artist or band in our geographic area that meets specific criterion that will benefit all parties. We will identify our goals, your goals, then customize a short term and long term plan to achieve those goals.  We will all work as a team, share strengths, responibilities and work together to achieve those goals. As our team grows in size (Songwriters, bands, artists, photographers, videographers, social influencers, street team promoters, producers, recording studios, etc) we will all work together to achieve each other's goals and the goals of the label. The idea here is to identify people with multiple talents to ensure a small team footprint with maximum impact. So a songwriter may be a good copywriter for promotions, perhaps a social influencer, a musician in a band may be a great photographer, the Producer a background vocalist or an arranger on a song. Each team member will need to identify three talents or services that they can bring to the table (Other than the one that we are publicly focused on to develop, record and promote).
